Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is part of an ever-expanding industry known as SMART repairs. PDR is a highly skilled method of repairing minor dings and dents from a vehicle without the use of filler or paint. The process involves our expert technician using specially designed tools to, quite literally, massage the damaged metal back to its original form. The process of PDR works with various types of dents, dish dents, pin dents and creases for example. The general guideline as to the maximum size of dent that can be repaired is the size of a tennis ball. However, larger dents can also be repaired if an inspection is carried out and certain criteria is met.
